Use case · Dropshipping

Thin margins can't afford thick banking delays.

Dropshipping lives on speed — test a product, scale a winner, pay the supplier before stockouts. Settler converts cleared store revenue to stablecoins so your available cash is easier to move globally.

The problem

You're arbitraging attention. Banks arbitrage your float.

Dropshipping economics are brutal. Ad costs, product cost, platform fees — and then FX spreads and wire fees on every dollar you try to move to a supplier in China, Turkey, or Southeast Asia.

The model breaks when payout timing and supplier terms do not line up. Your store clears a winning weekend, the processor releases funds later, and your agent wants a clean dollar payment path to hold inventory. Every extra bank step slows the cycle.

In dropshipping, hours matter. Banking runs on business days.

How Settler helps

Convert cleared store revenue. Pay suppliers from stablecoins.

Route store payouts through Settler. When funds clear into your settlement account, they convert to USDT or USDC in your wallet — dollar-equivalent, moveable globally, and ready for supplier workflows.

Scheduled settlement keeps fees low. Instant settlement prioritizes conversion and delivery after cleared funds arrive. Either way, Settler is not asking you to change checkout or run supplier payments through slow international wires.

Why dropshipping teams choose Settler

Built for how you actually operate.

Supplier payments from cleared revenue

Once funds arrive, send USDC or USDT to your sourcing agent or manufacturer without another bank transfer and a $40 wire.

Protect margin on every payout

Transparent settlement fees replace hidden FX spreads. On $50k monthly volume, saving 2% in FX is $1,000 back in your pocket.

One treasury, many stores

Consolidate payouts from multiple stores, platforms, or processor accounts into a single stablecoin wallet. See real liquidity across your portfolio.

Scale winners faster

When cleared funds arrive, move them quickly into suppliers, ad budgets, or treasury instead of waiting on another bank leg.

Workflow

Sale → payout → supplier, compressed

FAQ

Common questions for dropshipping.

My supplier only takes Alipay or USDT. Does this help?

If they accept USDT or USDC, you can pay directly from your wallet after Settler converts cleared revenue. If they only accept local fiat rails, you may still need an off-ramp or local payment method.

I run five stores. Can I consolidate?

Yes. Route multiple stores, platforms, or processor accounts to settlement and receive into one business wallet — or separate wallets per brand if you prefer.

What if Shopify holds a reserve?

Reserves are a processor policy — Settler converts whatever Shopify actually pays out. When released funds hit your settlement account, they become stablecoins automatically.

Is Instant worth the fee for dropshipping?

During product tests, Scheduled settlement is often enough. When a SKU is winning and supplier timing matters, Instant can be worth it for priority conversion after cleared funds arrive.

What if my processor, platform, or payout rail isn't listed?

Talk to us. The right route depends on where funds originate and whether they can settle to a virtual account. If your rail is not live yet, we'll scope whether it can be supported.
